What is Superteam?
Superteam is a network of individuals and companies building products in the Solana ecosystem. Simply put, it is a gated discord server for those who satisfy the membership criteria. There’s no treasury, take-rate/commissions or a token sale. From its inception, Superteam has chosen to be a collective of sovereigns over a sovereign collective. All members may participate as much as or as little as they wish, including the core team. Any revenue generated is captured by the individual members or teams that self-organise and win a bounty, secure a grant or venture funding for their ideas. The community is the product. And members have exclusive access to the product.
Superteam is currently live in India, Vietnam, Turkey & Germany.

Superteam @ Sandstorm 🌪️
With 34 submissions, Superteam members contributed to 15% of all entries to the recently concluded Sandstorm hackathon.
CandyPay 🍭
The team is firing on multiple cylinders, onboarding Shadow drive & Solana Hacker Houses as customers to their merchant checkout solution while also releasing a brand new product, Caramel, to help developers monetise their code.
Superteam Earn 💰
Since launching talent profiles in December, 150+ contributors have signed up and started building their on-chain reputation. Invoices worth more than $13,000 have been issued for work that was discovered, completed and paid for through Superteam Earn.
The team continues building towards their mission of aggregating all earning opportunities on Solana. In January they shipped saved drafts to improve the sponsor listing flow and email notifications to ensure talent never misses an opportunity.
StellarSol 🪐
They continue to add new markets with singular focus, Italy & UK being the most recent ones. You can now shop on Flipkart and Amazon US, UK,Canada, Germany, and Italy with USDC via the StellarSol extension. Learn more about them via their freshly minted website.
Superteam Build 💡
Launched in December, this is an idea bank for the upcoming hackathon and broader inspiration to anyone hungry for ideas on what to build. As a bonus, they’ve also shipped a list of all the active investors in the Solana ecosystem to help you raise capital for the idea you select.
